These are some of the physical symptoms of stress. Come to our next workshops at 1pm on October 12th and 19th – our Parenting Advocate Terri L. Ball will be leading a discussion on Stress: Causes and Cures. We had a great discussion the last time we had this workshop, so we’re expanding it to two days so we can share as much info as we can. Come join a great group of parents as we learn about ways to reduce stress, and share your knowledge.
