There are times when I could actually say that no I was not paying attention. We as individuals at times can without even noticing will neglect our surroundings and take it for granted that we are in a safe environment. Now We don’t want to be a nervous wreck either! but we should remember to be aware of what is happening around us.

Sunset, relaxation, peace of mind, and a slip of awareness.

Drift away from reality every now and then.

I have been there myself just the other day I was walking down the street when I realized that I could have been killed for just drifting thru the streets in a daze. If there were any type of danger I would have walked right into it. The experienced feeling of emptiness and separation from reality. I know it all to well while in a relaxed state of mind. When I became aware of it I realized I should have been paying attention to my appointed task. In stead I just got carried away and forgot about what was around me and what could happen.

Moments like that bring me right back to a good focus and concentration neuro program. I think I just got carried away with my focus on completing my notes and keeping track of my assignments as I visited each home that I completely forgot of were I was at. When I remembered I quickly jumped back into awareness and focused on that I missed my stop. The evening was getting later and I needed to arrive at my destination by a certain time.
